I am having trouble using ContactOut.

Chrome extension troubleshooting

1. Make sure your Chrome browser is up to date by following these steps: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
   
   
2. Make sure your ContactOut chrome extension is up to date by going to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/find-anyones-email-contac/jjdemeiffadmmjhkbbpglgnlgeafomjo
   
   
3. Log out of ContactOut by going to https://contactout.com/logout
   
   
4. Disable other extensions by:
   1. Typing in chrome://extensions/ in the address bar
   2. Toggling off other extensions
      
      

If none of the above steps worked. Please submit a support ticket directly on this portal or by emailing support@contactout.com with a screen recording or screenshot of the error you are experiencing. Please make sure to include your Chrome browser version, your email address you use on ContactOut and your ContactOut chrome extension version (if it relates to the chrome extension).
