How to Connect ContactOut to Your ATS

Connect your ATS with ContactOut 

Lets begin

• Head to your ContactOut Dashboard and go to your Account page 

  
  

• Here you find many systems that ContactOut can integrate with 

Selecting ATSes

• Select the ATS you would like to connect 

  
  

Step 1
  

• Follow the prompts to log in
  
  

Step 2

• After that click on Authorize the connection 
  
  

                                   
Tip:

• You can find your integrated systems in the chrome extension 

Saving profiles 

• Where you can Save profile directly to your ATS-es with just one click

• After clicking your profiles will be saved 
  

• You will see the profile you have saved 
  
  

Note:

• You can also click the drop down menu 

Selecting the exact folder or location

• After clicking the drop down menu, you can select the exact folder or location you want the leads to be saved to                                    

Note 

• This work the same for both LinkedIn standard and LinkedIn recruiter   

• Already using your ATS's chrome extension?

Click on the extension 

Step 1

• Click on show 

Step 2

• Use ContactOut in tandem  to get email and phone number and click on copy 

To fill-in those information gaps without ever leaving the page 

• click on the bar where you want to add information 

• Paste the information you were copied 

Note 

• You can also export save leads 

How to export leads?

Step 1

• Click and select all you want to export 

Step 2

• Click on Exports leads option

Step 3

• Clicking on Export to you will see some multiple option to export 

• Select your desire integrated systems 

Step 4

• Then click Export 

• After this whole procedure you have a pool of information of that particular leads you have selected 

• Choose where you want to go

• Before you know it getting the right data quickly with ContactOut becomes part of your everyday work flow
