Zapier troubleshooting

To diagnose ContactOut → Zapier → Downstream system issues, please follow the steps below:


  1. Identify if the problem is at ContactOut → Zapier
  2. Identify if the problem is Zapier → Downstream
    • Log in to Zapier
    • Connect google sheets to ContactOut by following the steps here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jt3wPQJURTI
    • Check to see if data is flowing into Google Sheets
    • If it is, it's most likely an issue between Zapier and the system you are trying to get the data into
    • Contact your downstream system provider

  3. Is it the specific Zap


If none of these steps help, please submit a support ticket and we'll assist you further.
