- Navigate to the "Team" tab from the navbar.
- You can choose to set limits for individual members or select multiple members and set credit limits for them together.
- Only Admins have access to set credit limits for members. Regular users will not have access to this option.
- On clicking either of these buttons you should see a modal asking you to set the limits.
- Limits can only be set withing the range of available credits.
- Clicking on the "Save" button, will apply this limit to the selected members.
- The applied limits are visible in the "Email credit limit" and "Phone credit limit" columns.
- If a limit has been set then the limit will be displayed, which means that the member can only access that number of credits.
- If no limit has been set then the column will display "Shared credits", which means that the member can directly access the available credits in the shared credit pool.
