Set credit limits for team members

  1. Navigate to the "Team" tab from the navbar.
  2. You can choose to set limits for individual members or select multiple members and set credit limits for them together.
    1. Only Admins have access to set credit limits for members. Regular users will not have access to this option.
  3. On clicking either of these buttons you should see a modal asking you to set the limits. 
    1. Limits can only be set withing the range of available credits.
  4. Clicking on the "Save" button, will apply this limit to the selected members.
  5. The applied limits are visible in the "Email credit limit" and "Phone credit limit" columns.
    1. If a limit has been set then the limit will be displayed, which means that the member can only access that number of credits.
    2. If no limit has been set then the column will display "Shared credits", which means that the member can directly access the available credits in the shared credit pool.
