Features

  1. Team managers can invite users to their team
  2. Team managers can assign and remove ContactOut seats that they have already pre-paid to different people on their team

Steps

  1. Log in to ContactOut
  2. On the left navigation there will be a team tab

Inviting users

  1. On the team screen, click Invite User
  2. Add the team member's email
  3. An email will be sent to them with their unique link

Swapping Seats

Used to reassign an existing seat to a different user.
