Let's Start
- Open your Dashboard
- Click on Mail Merge Tool option in the side bar on the left
Connecting with google
- To get start just connect your Email Account
- Select the Account you want to connect
- Then click on "New Mail Merge" to start your campaign
- After that a new page open In front of you, and here you will have everything you need to build a dynamic sequence
How to build a dynamic sequence?
Step 1
- First of all you have to give your Campaign a Name

- then select the people you want to send it
- You will see multiple option
- Select Folder
- Select individually
- Upload CSV
- just select what you want
Step 3
- When you click on Select folder option you will see some option, then you can either select a bunch of leads
Step 4
- When you click on Select Individually option, you can straight from your folders or handpick them individually
Step 5
- You can also Upload a CSV File to get all the right contacts in
Step 6
- Just use the handy Template to make sure your CSV is in the right format
- Pop in your catchy email subject here and Start Typing Away!
Step 7
- you can also Use any Template that you have previously created for maximum efficiently
How to you use template?
- Click on Use Template option
- Just select the Template you want to Use
Note
- To create a template
- Go back to the mail merge main page and click "Email Template"
- Then click on create Template to craft your perfect go to message
- Here is your Template
Now back to your campaign
Want some personalization?
- Click on insert Placeholder
Here you can include Personalized Information like your subject's Name, Company or Email Address
Note
- you can start you campaign right away
- Or schedule for it to be delivered at a different time
- Leaving you free to do other things without having to worry about it
Want to create an email sequence with multiple touches?
- Just click Add touch and design away as far into the future as you want
- After the set Number of business days
- Your next touch will be sent out automatically

To make sure everything is tip top ?
- Click on Preview, to preview your Email before hitting send
- here you can see your Preview
Tip
You can also choose to Save & Exit to comeback
You can make any changes at a later time
- Just click on edit
- After that all procedure just Accept
- Click on Start Campaign
Finally here is your campaign look like,
"Shed some tears of pride as your shinny new campaign flies of into the world"
But wait a second, you call out to your email. Come back!
Note
- You can still Stop your campaign even after you have hit send
Note
- The little email icon indicates whether the touch has been sent
- Green means it is been sent
- Black means it has not been sent
And what about those juic, juicy analytics?
- You can view the open and reply rate for each campaign.
- Or click View to dive deeper
- After that you will able to see the Rates for Each touch
