Using a template in a campaign

This article will show you how to apply a template you created previously to a new campaign, saving you time writing up the email.


  1. Navigate to a campaign by creating a new campaign or editing an existing one.


  2. Click on the “Use Template” button.


  3. Select the desired template from the menu.


  4. The subject and body for the touch point should be updated with the contents from the template.


  5. Click on the “Save and Exit” button to save changes.
