- Emails are sent in steps from an email campaign. Each new campaign has 1 email step added by default. More email steps can be added by clicking on the “Add email” button at the bottom of the last added email step.
- Specify the interval between email steps.
- Touch points can be removed by clicking on the “Remove” button on the bottom right of every touch point.
