Adding recipients to a campaign

Recipients can be added to a campaign in 4 ways. 

  1. Add Mannually - Enter the details of the leads that you want to add manually by clicking on "Add new recipients".

     
  2. Import from ContactOut - Select folders or individual leads from the saved leads in your dashboard by clicking on the “Import from ContactOut” button.


    Here you can select individual leads or entire folders of leads to be added to the campaign.


  3. Import a CSV - We support a specific format for CSV uploads. Download our CSV template from the description in the "Upload CSV" modal. Upload the CSV file and click the "Import" button to continue adding leads.



    NOTE: Details for the recipients added from methods 1 - 3 can be edited by clicking on the corresponding field in the recipients table.

  4. Add from LinkedIn - Visit any profile on LinkedIn and add them to a campaign by clicking on the “Add to campaign” button from the ContactOut extension.

Note: Recipients can be added to an active campaign as well as an inactive campaign.
