What is this?


The "AI Personalizer" feature is a powerful addition to our Chrome extension that empowers users with the ability to effortlessly create personalized emails for both sales and recruitment purposes. This feature leverages the user's description input along with LinkedIn profile data to generate emails tailored to individual recipients, enhancing outreach effectiveness and engagement.

 

 

Why is it important?

This feature holds immense value for both sales professionals and recruiters by streamlining their outreach efforts and providing personalized emails that generate 4x more replies. For recruiters, it offers a way to craft compelling emails to potential candidates by utilizing job descriptions and LinkedIn profile information. Sales professionals, on the other hand, can generate personalized emails containing company or product descriptions, greatly enhancing their communication with potential clients by offering a personalized sales pitch.

How it works:


Step 1:

Accessing the Feature: Users can find the "Generate personalized email" button within the extension.

 

 


Step 2:

Creating the Email: Clicking the button opens a pop-up with a dropdown menu offering two options: sales email and recruitment email. Users can paste the relevant description into the input field.

 

 


Step 3:

Selecting the Type: Choose between sales or recruitment email and input the corresponding description, either a company/product description or a job description.

 


Step 4:

Generating the Email: Clicking the "Generate email" button initiates the email generation process. The system combines the user-provided description with personalized data extracted from the recipient's LinkedIn profile.

 


Step 5:

Post-Generation Actions: After email generation, users have several options:

Copy the email for use in external tools like Gmail, Outlook, or Salesloft.

 

 


Step 6:

Edit the description by clicking "Edit description" and re-generate the email with revised content.

 


Step 7:

Send the email directly by clicking "Send email," which copies the email to the one-off email popup.
