Creating an email template folder

A template folder allows users to organise, group and share email templates they have created.


  1. Click on the “Create Folder” button.
  2. Enter the folder name.
  3. Select the “Share folder with team” checkbox to share the template folder between team members.
  4. Add templates to folders by selecting the folder while creating/editing a template.
  5. Folders show up with a folder icon and can be expanded or collapsed to see the templates within them.
