A template folder allows users to organise, group and share email templates they have created.
- Click on the “Create Folder” button.
- Enter the folder name.
- Select the “Share folder with team” checkbox to share the template folder between team members.
- Add templates to folders by selecting the folder while creating/editing a template.
- Folders show up with a folder icon and can be expanded or collapsed to see the templates within them.
